A Special Fine Dining Indonesian Dinner
with Petty Elliott

Ubud, Bali (May, 2016) –  CasCades Restaurant is pleased to welcome Indonesian Chef Petty Elliott for an Indonesian culinary experience. The event will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, 18 May 2016.

Petty is self-taught and a pioneer in developing modern Indonesian cuisine using local, sustainable cooking ingredients. As interest in local recipes and traditions has grown, she has collaborated with a growing list of leading local restaurants and five star hotels in Jakarta and Bali in the last five years hosting special promotions and designing themed menus.

For two days, chef Petty will travel around Bali with chefs Nic from the CasCades and Namae from two stars Michelin restaurant L’Effervescence in Tokyo to discover together the best producers and the tastiest ingredients on the island. The meal chef Petty will prepare will be the result of her exploration.

The event will be sponsored by San Pellegrino & Acqua Panna and Indowines.
